Questions
Does the code expire or track anyone?
No. It contains exactly the text you entered. There is no redirect, so it works as long as the destination does.
Which error correction should I choose?
Medium suits most uses. Higher levels survive more damage but make a denser code.
Why does my code not scan?
Check contrast and keep a margin. Dark-on-light codes are most reliable. Very long text makes dense codes that are harder to scan.
Do accents and emoji work?
Plain text and web addresses are safest. Accented letters work in most scanners, but emoji may not scan correctly.
